The 505 on Walnut
This new Syracuse University housing has a closed-loop water-source heat-pump system with gas-fired boilers. A cooling tower is configured to reject outside heat. Lounges have energy-recovery ventilators, and individual units are ducted for fresh air. The indoor garage is mechanically ventilated with digital controls.
